The App is a directory that aggregates publicly available showtime, schedule, and location information from participating drive-in theaters. The App does not sell tickets and does not process payments. All ticket purchases are completed on the external drive-in's own platform, and any "Get Tickets" link will direct you there.
3. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep cached directory information current, but we do not guarantee that showtimes, prices, ratings, or availability are accurate, complete, or up to date. Always confirm details with the source drive-in before traveling or purchasing tickets.
4. Third-Party Services
The App links to external drive-in platforms and mapping services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its data. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute directory data without permission.
6. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
7. Intellectual Property
The App's design, text, and software are owned by My Local Drive-In. Movie posters, titles, and related content remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed here for directory purposes only.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Local Drive-In shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including any losses related to tickets purchased through third parties.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date of the latest revision appears above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
