Membership Club — Terms

1. Your Membership Pass

A Membership Club pass ("Pass") grants admission to one double feature per eligible night during the pass's validity period — Weekly (one weekend, Fri–Sun), Monthly (one calendar month), or Season (Sep 18 – Nov 29). The Pass covers gate admission only. Concession discounts, fire-pit add-ons, and other perks are described on the membership sign-up page and apply only where stated.

Your membership is sold by, and your agreement is with, My Local Drive-In — not with any individual drive-in. My Local Drive-In administers the Membership Club, issues your Pass, and reimburses participating drive-ins for the member admissions and concession discounts you use. Participating drive-ins honor member Passes as part of the My Local Drive-In network, but they are not a party to your membership purchase.

2. Reservations & Applicable Fees

To attend a screening, you reserve a seat for a specific night using your Pass. While the Pass covers admission, some participating drive-ins charge an applicable service fee and directory fee at the time you make a reservation. Drive-ins that require this fee are marked on the membership sign-up page and in the drive-in selector. You are responsible for paying any such service and directory fees when you reserve. Drive-ins that are not marked do not currently charge a reservation fee, but their policy may change — always confirm at reservation time.

3. Using Your Pass

Each Pass is issued a unique member code and barcode. Present the code at the gate (and concession stand, where discounts apply). The Pass is valid only for the drive-in and validity period shown on it. Reservations are subject to screening availability and capacity limits; a Pass does not guarantee entry to a sold-out night.

4. Non-Transferable; Non-Refundable

Passes are issued to the named member and are non-transferable. You may not resell, share, or transfer a Pass or its code. Except where required by law, membership purchases are non-refundable, and no credit or refund is given for unused nights, expired passes, or denied entry due to capacity or a drive-in's policies.

No refunds are issued for passes that go unused during their validity period.If you do not reserve and attend screenings on the nights your pass is valid, the unused nights have no monetary value and cannot be refunded, credited toward a future pass, or carried over. It is your responsibility to reserve and use your pass on eligible nights before it expires; a pass that simply was not used on days it could have been used is not eligible for a refund.

5. Fire-Pit Add-On

The Thursday fire-pit add-on (where offered with Monthly and Season passes) provides a discounted fire-pit rate on Thursday horror nights and covers up to six people per order. Fire-pit availability is limited and subject to the drive-in's rules and weather; the add-on fee is non-refundable once purchased.

6. Concession Discounts

Concession discounts (5% Monthly, 10% Season) apply to eligible in-person concession purchases at the issuing drive-in and are redeemed by presenting your member code. The drive-in determines eligible items and may suspend or modify the discount at its discretion. The discount cannot be combined with other offers unless the drive-in permits it.

7. Accuracy & Changes

We make reasonable efforts to keep schedules, pricing, and perks accurate, but showtimes, fees, and policies are set by the participating drive-ins and may change. Always confirm details with the issuing drive-in. We may revise these Membership Terms from time to time; the date of the latest revision appears above.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Local Drive-In is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a membership purchase or the use of a Pass, including denied entry, cancelled screenings, or changes to a drive-in's fees or policies. My Local Drive-In administers your Pass and reimburses the participating drive-in for the admissions and discounts you use; the drive-in is responsible for operating its screenings, enforcing capacity, and honoring a valid Pass presented at the gate.
